Implementation of a forward-looking innovation coworking space
BadenCampus was part of the development of the innovation space in the Breisgau business park. In collaboration with CoWorkLand eG, we carried out a comprehensive needs analysis to understand the requirements of future users.
Interviews, feedback discussions and network meetings were used to gather important insights that were incorporated into the design of the coworking pop-up. In late summer 2023, interested parties were able to test the temporary coworking space and try out the concept. The accompanying event program with specialist lectures, start-up consultations and workshops promoted cross-industry exchange. Based on the positive response, the permanent establishment of the coworking space was then planned and implemented at the Breisgau Competence Centre.
The role of the BadenCampus
As an innovation platform, BadenCampus was not only responsible for the needs analysis, but also for the strategic integration of relevant stakeholders. Our aim was to create an ecosystem that brings start-ups, companies and specialists together.
Thanks to our experience in designing innovation spaces, we were able to develop a concept that goes beyond simply providing workspaces - the coworking space became a center for collaboration and knowledge transfer. Close cooperation with companies and local authorities from the region ensured sustainable use and integration into the existing economic environment.
