Find the relevant ideas

There are many ideas in most companies. But how can they be turned into reliable innovation opportunities? How can it be ensured that customers are really interested? We organize ideas workshops or hackathons based on design thinking, if desired with impulses for new technologies, business models or sustainability requirements.

We help you to prioritize ideas, translate them into minimum viable products (MVPs) and create initial prototypes.

We also involve business partners, external talent or technology experts as required. Incidentally, idea formats are also exciting for associations and public stakeholders.

Understanding customer perspectives

In our Customer Insight Lab, we can quickly and easily identify customer needs and gather feedback on new ideas - through experiments, surveys, interviews, focus groups or observation.

Our B2B company network and our own B2C test community of over 800 people help us to achieve this.

Combined with our access to real laboratories, we develop suitable and realistic test designs in municipal, clinical or industrial environments.
